Nord Oaks BPO Donates to a Community Pantry in Taguig

May 2021 CSR Report

Global business process outsourcing provider, Nord Oaks BPO on May 10, 2021, has donated three (3) boxes of fresh vegetables to a community pantry in Taguig City.

Community pantries have become popular in the Philippines during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic as more and more people have become unemployed, stripping them of their income to buy food. Through Ana Patricia Non’s initiative with a slogan “Magbigay Ayon sa Kakayahan, Kumuha Batay sa Pangangailangan” (Give According to your Capacity to Give, Get What You Only Need) people from all walks of life have started their own version of community pantries across the country.

The boxes of vegetables were given to Acacia Estates via Cedar Crest Bayanihan Drive to be distributed in one of the neighborhoods in Taguig City.

As we continue building our business, we will stand firm with our CSR efforts to help build a better world by sharing our blessings and extending help where and when we can.
